Dominic

Dominic (ドミニク, Dominic)^? is a non-recurring adventurer at the town of Shireen in Etelldia. He is known for being a brawler who gets easily triggered by the most minor of annoyances and threatens to pick fights with those who try to reason with him.

In the anime adaptation, he is voiced by Kōichi Sōma (相馬康一, Kōichi Sōma)^?, a Japanese voice actor. In the English dub, he is voiced by Mark Stoddard.^[2]

Background[]

In Ch. 10^WN/Ch. 3^Manga/Ep. 1^Anime, Dominic steps into the Adventurer's Guild and, upon seeing children (namely, Alan and Elena) there, starts to protest their presence there, claiming the Guild is not a playground. Although Takumi Kayano assures him that the twins are not running around or causing any problems, Dominic refuses to acknowledge this and insists their presence alone is the problem and, in spite of being warned by Luna to not start a fight (since fights are banned at the Guild), he demands Takumi to fight him. But, Alan and Elena quickly stop him with Martial Arts and when they are about to execute Axe Kick on him (which would have been fatal had it landed), Takumi yells at them to stop. Luna judges the incident to be a case of self-defense, thus the twins do not receive any punishment (which Takumi was afraid of) while the rest of the Guild people drag out a defeated Dominic.
