Shireen (シーリン Shīrin)? is one of various towns in the Etelldian nation of Guadia. It is located on the northwest corner, very close to the Forest of Gaia and also close to the border with the Kingdom of Algo. It is host to one of the various branches of the Knights of Guadia.

Shireen is the first town visited by Takumi Kayano on his adventure since Sylphyryll revived him, this happening early in Ch. 6WN / Ch. 2Manga (part of Ep. 1Anime). Entrance to it requires that visitors have a valid identification document (like i.e. a guild card). Those without valid IDs are subjected to a criminal background check, which is conducted by a special magic crystal handed out to them by any of the front-gate guards (like i.e. Granvault Lowain); upon passing the checks, they may be given temporary IDs but are encouraged to procure permanent IDs (like i.e. the guild cards offered by the town's own Adventurer's Guild to adventurers upon registering there).
